How it works

• 

  1. Choose a category

  To begin creating your personalised video greeting, choose a category from the home page.

  2. Choose a player

  Once you have selected a category you must then choose a player. All the available players will be shown for you to choose from.
• 

  3. Confirm your choice of player

  When you choose a player you will then go to their SuperStar Call profile. Click the 'Buy a Message' button at the top of the page (next to their profile photo) or at the bottom of the page underneath their team history and related players.

  4. Choose a greeting

  You now need to choose the greeting you want to buy. Most categories have more than one greeting to choose from so choose wisely!
• 

  5. Enter your details

  Once you have selected the greeting you want to buy you need to add your and your recipient's details (email and/or mobile phone number). You can notify your recipient(s) via email and/or text (there's no extra charge for both). You also need to add a note to the person you are sending the greeting to (remember, it's just like sending a card so a little note goes a long way). You then need to specify the date you want to send the greeting on, or you can send it right away.

   

  Click 'continue' when you're ready.

  6. Confirm your greeting

  You will see an overview of the greeting you will be sending. If you have a promo code please enter it now. When you're happy with the details you have entered click the 'continue' button to move on to pay for your greeting.

  7. Paying with PayPal

  If you have a PayPal account please login now. If you don't have an account with PayPal you can either create an account (it's free) or can continue to purchase your greeting without logging in or creating an account - click 'continue' under the 'Don't have a PayPal account' heading on the left hand side of the login box.

  8. Paying without a PayPal account

  If you choose to pay without logging in with PayPal you now need to enter your card details. When you have finished adding your details click the 'Review Order and Continue' button.

  9. Confirm your PayPal payment

  Before you finalise your payment please confirm the details. When you are ready please continue to process your payment.
• 

  10. Success!

  When you have finished you will redirected back to the SuperStar Call website. Thanks for buying with SuperStar Call!
