Mobile Site

  • Why can't I login to my SuperStar Call account on the mobile site?
    Our mobile site is currently a streamlined version of the main site. It is designed to allow you send and view messages as quickly and easily as possible.

    We will extend the mobile site over the coming months and this functionality will be added.
  • Why can I only send a message to 1 recipient at a time?
    Our mobile site is currently a streamlined version of the main site. It is designed to allow you send and view messages as quickly and easily as possible.

  • I can't view videos on my mobile.
    At the moment we can only guarantee mobiles which support MP4 and 3GP videos will be able to view videos on their mobile phones.

    All videos (sent to phone or email) are viewable on your computer. If you cannot view your video on your phone simply visit the URL (website address) on your computer and you can then see your video and personalised greeting.

    We plan on extending the number of formats and mobiles we support over the coming months.
  • I've downloaded my video but I can't view it or I can only hear audio.
    If you downloaded your video on your mobile you may need to exit your browser and open the video manually.
