Choosing a Message

The name I am looking for is not available from any player. Why don't you don’t have X available on the site?The site contains in some instances in excess of 330 boys and girls names from an individual player. The list of boys and girls names available are deemed as being the most common names. Apologies for any inconveniance this may cause.

Why don’t all players have the same boys and girls names available?Names were added on request by certain players so there will always be variances. New names for both boys and girls may be updated by players in the future.

Why are there different messages available for different players?Some players added in messages or did not complete other messages, so they are not all the same, but every player covers key categories.

How do I request a player who is not on the site at present?You can submit a request here. New players are added on almost a weekly basis so please keep checking.
Sending a Message

Do I need to enter both email address and mobile phone number when sending a message?No. You can send to one or the other, or both if you so wish. We recommend you send to both as this will increase the chance of your message definitely reaching its recipient, as wrongly keyed entries, firewalls and other barriers can in some cases prevent your message reaching its destination. We strongly recommend you ensure all details entered are valid.

I sent a message but it was not received?Please check that all email details and/or mobile phone numbers were entered correctly. If not your message would not have been able to be delivered.
If the email address(es) you have entered are correct but have still not been delivered please try your email's SPAM folder. If there is still no emails, please contact us. -
I want to buy more than 20 messages at a time. How do I do this?At the moment we can only allow you to buy 20 messages per transaction. We apologise for any inconvience caused.

I want to buy one message to send to lots of people. How can I do this?We currently offer corporate greeting messages which you can send to your, for example, members, employees etc.

I don't have a PayPal account, can I still purchaes messages?Yes! If you do not have a PayPal account you can purchase your message by simply using your credit or debit card.

What software do I need to view the videos?All of the videos on SuperStarCall.com are encoded in the Flash Video format (.flv). To be able to view our videos you will need JavaScript enabled, the latest version of Adobe's Flash Player and one of the latest web browsers. SuperStarCall.com supports the following browsers:

Why can't I login to my SuperStar Call account on the mobile site?Our mobile site is currently a streamlined version of the main site. It is designed to allow you send and view messages as quickly and easily as possible.

I can't view videos on my mobile.At the moment we can only guarantee mobiles which support MP4 and 3GP videos will be able to view videos on their mobile phones.
All videos (sent to phone or email) are viewable on your computer. If you cannot view your video on your phone simply visit the URL (website address) on your computer and you can then see your video and personalised greeting.
We plan on extending the number of formats and mobiles we support over the coming months. -
I've downloaded my video but I can't view it or I can only hear audio.If you downloaded your video on your mobile you may need to exit your browser and open the video manually.
